Yes they have teeth, sharp ones as well used for catching insects and generally eating, bats will also bare their teeth if disturbed in their cave or if they feel threatened.

A lot of bats teetch are too small to peirce the skin but some bats such as the vampire bat which uses them to make a small cut and then lap up the blood and although the bite itself is not dangerous it can spread diseases.
