How can you go to a show and not know what to wear?!
Ask your trainer for a complete outfit.
Wear...
Usually a blue or blackish jacket. A bright colored show shirt underthat, with a collar. Tan breeches. Depending on your age- Tall boots, synthetic or real leather. Or the things that go around your knees. WEAR A HELMET! If you don't have a show helmet, buy a velvet cover for it. Don't forget a pin on your collar.
Have a white saddlepad usually, or you could match it to your shirt.
What do you mean should your pony have polos on? No polo wraps...Not unless she REALLY needs them.
Just keep her on the bit. If she acts up, don't get all antsy and nervous.
good luck!
No polos in the ring
Wear your normal english attire
Lunge or warm up your pony before your class to get some of that added spunk out.
Use a white fleece english pad.

Oh and breeeeathe and have fun!!!
