Answers:
this may sound rude hun, but if you cannot afford the proper vet care you shouldnt get an animal. he could be suffering, ive owned 3 ferrets and if they arent bouncing when you take them out of thier cage, something is wrong. im sorry i cant diagnose this, but there is no way to know over the internet. you are going to have to take him in. good luck and prayers for the little fella.
check the food recalls and see if you have any, take animal and go to pet shop they can tell you the problem or what it might be.
maybe he got a hold of something and ingested something hewasnt suppost to. either way he will prolly need to see a vet if he is to live.
take the ferret to the vet NOW. Otherwise you're going to have a dead ferret. This is not a pet for someone who can't afford to take care of him.

If you really can't afford the emergency vet (since you've waited this long), call a ferret rescue and see if they can take him off your hands.
With those symptoms he definitely needs to see a vet. Call a vet (you might have to call more than one) and maturely present your situation. When a rational person explains that they are in a tough financial situation, most vets and their office managers are willing to work with you on payment plans and find a solution that is feasible for you and your ferret.
If you can't afford it, then you shouldn't have the animal. Period.

If he survives your neglect (failing to provide your pet proper veterinary care IS neglect) bring him to a shelter where they can care for him and find him a home that can afford veterinary care.
