Unless you want lots and lots of guinea pigs keep the females away from the males, they can mate within hours of having her babies and fall pregnant again. Pregnancy takes 70days. The slow walking and the vibrating is the courting noise. To check a male from a female just push above the pelvic area if its a male his penis should come out. The females look more like a Y shape.
Ask the local pet shop if your not sure, they might also be interested in some of your guinea pig babies. They can leave mum at about 4-5 weeks of age. Don't leave the male babies in with mum or the sisters after that time as they will try and mate them.
Good luck.
I had 2 girl g pigs when I was younger and they used to hump all the time. no big deal. Ask your local vet or pet store how to make sure they're boys/girls
