In Fear factor, one day someone drank goat's milk by directly suckling at her ****.Goat's **** are smaller than cow's. So is the same action possible to do with cows and can we draw milk like that?

you can get milk like that but I would not try it. You can actually get sick from drinking straight from a cow. If you were raised on a farm and grew up drinking raw milk then you'd be alright but most people that arn't used to drinking raw milk tend to get sick from it.
