Help i have 2 guinea pigs. the cage i have i feel is to small. i want to find a big cage like 50" by 25" or something. but no petstores have cages that big. so what are the materials and where could i get them to build a cage. also how to build a cage. i need it to be sturdy i have 9 cats

you can get the grids at Target, and the coroplast from a sign store. I got mine as a 4'x8' colored sheet for $12. You can use linoleum instead if you don't want to find coroplast.
Oh, and for a lid, you can get the wire shelves from home depot and have them cut to fit it - most of the shelves can hold 60lbs. Then just zip tie everything really well!
all i have to say is just buy a big hutch
