Are there any general trends you've noticed from Landlords regarding caged pets that I should know about?
Are you a landlord and can tell me something about whether or not someone would be allowed to keep a hamster in a flat?

Check with your landlord, but I personally wouldn't have a problem. They're small, quiet, and aren't smelly if you keep the cage clean. Good little pets!
as long as they pay the rent and don't have too many rowdy parties,then who cares. But gerbils might be a different matter...
I see no problem with hamsters! a dog on the other hand.
I dont really care i begged my mum so long she got me 1 even do we aint allowed pets
